- 121 days or more before check-in: 100% back as broker credit (less the $105 deposit)
- 61–120 days: 75% back as broker credit
- 31–60 days: 50% back as broker credit
- 15–30 days: 25% back as broker credit
- Under 15 days: Nothing back

- A $105 deposit at booking. The balance is due within 24 hours of the reservation being secured; the deposit is refunded if they cannot secure it.

How to compare them
- Compare the same stay. Each broker lists a different mix of resorts and dates, so a broker’s median says little about the one reservation you want. The board puts every broker’s listings in one list, ranked by cost per night.
- Weigh the cancellation terms. A reservation you can cancel for credit is worth more if your plans might change. Credit is spent with the same broker, not refunded.
- Check when the money goes. Some brokers take the full price at booking, others a deposit first.
Terms change. Each card says when the terms were last checked and links to the broker’s own policy, which is what applies. Prices by resort and room size are in what a DVC rental costs. Brokers may pay us a referral commission; it never changes the board or this page (referral disclosure).
