Is booking late cheaper?
Not by much, among the listings up right now. Against the typical price for the same villa at the same resort, stays checking in within the next 60 days run 3% above, and later check-ins about typical.
Each listing is compared with the typical price for its own villa type at its own resort, so a few cheap resorts checking in soon don’t make late booking look cheap. The month-by-month guide does the same by check-in month, and the holiday guide for holidays and long weekends.
Checking in within 60 days
Soonest check-in first. Checked every 30 minutes.
For the soonest of these, the board’s “Next 30 days” view narrows them by resort, room size and price.
Before you book this close
- Read the cancellation terms on the listing before you pay. Close to check-in, a broker’s window for a refund or credit may already have passed.
- What you’re buying, and what to check, is in how renting a DVC reservation works.
- It’s what’s listed right now. A listing that sells drops off this page at the next check, every 30 minutes.
